For today the plan was to visit the graphics art fair currently being displayed at Somerset house, An interesting exhibition of prints that I would love to own.. however could definitely not justify spending the money on at this current jobless time.. So overall a generally depressing experience except for the small consolation of learning about a new fashion illustrator called
Erin petson.
I absolutely love her Julie verhoeven-esque illustrative style and have decided that my aim for the summer is to attempt to use her style to inspire some of my own fashion illustrations, teamed with some cute vintage frames I think this is exactly what my room needs! Better get
thrifting..

Anyway back to the happy ending, After the exhibition we headed back to brick lane to rekindle my spirits in the form of a bit of vintage retail therapy. I Began the journey with my heart set on getting some form of adidas hoody.. And loan behold the second shop we went there one was staring at me to take it home..Ignoring its please i left the shop.. only to return a few hours later the thought of anyone else having it was quite unbearable, can't forget my cute plaid shorts i also purchased big fan of both items.
Loving this old english styling and am planning on wearing my shorts with a cute polo and my grey cable knit knee high socks.. that I will find soon hopefully..definately my current shopping aim. And ofcourse what would my blog be without a few cheeky images of high waisted shorts..I literally cant get enough of them this season..
